CRL OP No. 17004 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 ORDER This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the Principal District Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.1815 of 2026 vide order dated 11.06.2026 and consequently, to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.867 of 2026 dated 24.03.2026 passed by the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu by dispensing with the condition directing the petitioner to report daily before the respondent police at 10.a.m for a period of 30 days and consequently, permit the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required or in the alternative permit the petitioner to report before the Jurisdictional Police Station at Thoothukudi 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that owing to severe and unforeseen health complications, the petitioner was unable to comply with the above condition imposed by this Court and the medical reports in that regard had also been produced before this Court. 3.From the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the petitioner was enlarged on anticipatory bail on 24.03.2026 with a direction to report the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., he could not comply the said condition.
