Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, the impleading petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary impleadment within 24 hours. 3. Mr.Martin Manimaran, the learned counsel appeared before this Court today and accepts notice on behalf the second respondent. Mr.M.M.I.Khaleel, learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appeared for the State Government. 4. Both the counsel for the respondents prays for allowing four weeks time to file counter. Accordingly, four weeks’ time is granted to file a counter affidavit for the respondents 1 & 2 and thereafter, two weeks time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a rejoinder affidavit to all the counter affidavits filed by the respondents.
