Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation seeking a No Objection Certificate to obtain a licence for running a SPA under the name and style of 'Hasta SPA and Beauty Salon'. The fifth respondent shall pass appropriate orders on the merits, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that the petitioner shall produce relevant documents and satisfy the requirements for the issuance of the No Objection Certificate to get the licence for running the SPA before the fifth respondent. 3.
