It is the case of the petitioner that she was appointed as Assistant and joined duty on 07.10.2013. Subsequently, the petitioner transferred to Cuddalore District and presently, working Chidambaram. The government had already taken a decision to grant relaxation to the petitioner in respect of Bhavanisagar Training and she reported before the Orathanadu Training Centre wherein she has not been allowed to undergo the training since she is visually disabled. However, the second respondent has not taken any steps to grant relaxation to the petitioner so far. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first and second respondents to consider the proposal sent by the third and fourth respondents, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
