M. report dated 15.11.2024 conducted by four doctors of the Jalpaiguri Government Medical College & Hospital. The death of the victim appears to have occurred due to natural causes. 2. Reports are kept with the record. 3. In the light of the above, this Court declares CRA(DB) 66 of 2023 as abated and is disposed of as such. 4.
