Lalfakzuala, learned counsel for the applicants, who submits that by filing this application, the applicants seek impleadment of “Smt. Shilpa Sachin Shinde, the Chairman and Managing Director/Additional Charge, NPCC” and “Sh. Randhir Kumar, the DGM (Civil)/Zonal Manager, Tripura Zone, NPCC”, as respondent Nos. 8 & 9 respectively. Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel submits that they are the new incumbents holding the said posts and impleadment is necessary for effective compliance of the Court’s direction. The learned counsel appearing for the opposite party has no objection to the impleadment. In view of above, the application for impleadment of the respondents concerned is hereby allowed, as prayed for. At this stage, Mr. P. Goswami, learned counsel appearing through RVC, submits that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the respondent No. 9 and submits that he will be filing his power within the next fifteen (15) days. Accordingly, the learned counsel may file his power to appear on behalf of the respondent No. 9. A separate order has been passed in the main contempt petition.
