No.9 of 2024 pending on the file of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai. 3.The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit. Pleadings are complete and the issues are yet to be framed by the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai. According to the petitioner, there is a delay in further proceedings in the suit O.S. No.9 of 2024. 4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai to dispose of O.S.
