Since it is the contention of the petitioner that respondent No.2-Assistant Director of Land Records, Sira, has conducted a survey for phodi in the absence of the petitioner and information is made available to the petitioner in terms of Annexure-J that instead of 2 Acres 28 Guntas, the petitioner is in possession of only 1 Acre 10 Guntas, learned HCGP is directed to secure instructions from respondent No.2 and make submissions. Re-list this matter on 30.01.2026 for Preliminary Hearing. Today, the learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the 2nd respondent-Assistant Director of Land Records, Sira, is present before this Court and he submits that since it is the contention of the petitioner that the survey was conducted without notice to the petitioner, he will once again redo the survey proceedings in the presence of the petitioner. 3. Placing the submissions of the learned High Court Government Pleader and the 2nd respondent Assistant Director of Land Records, Sira on record, the writ petition stands disposed of enabling the 2nd respondent to redo the survey proceedings in the presence of the petitioner, in accordance with law.
