The petitioner is an accused in the case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 304(2) and 316(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. It is alleged that the petitioner, who was working as a driver under the informant, snatched a bag comprising of seventeen lacs rupees in cash and few cheques, pushed him down and drove away the vehicle bearing registration No.JH-01 BK 5100. In fact, no such occurrence took place. The petitioner has been falsely roped in this case solely because he was insisting the informant for enhancement of his salary. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 17th October, 2025. Hence, he may be given the privilege of regular bail. 2026:JHHC:5884 2 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the petitioner’s prayer for regular bail. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Pachamba P.S.
