Yes -2- miscellaneous application, counsel is not in a position to press the present appeal. 2. The present appeal, in sum and substance, is a challenge to the order dated 7th August, 2024 passed by the appellate authority dismissing the appeal as time-barred, which arose from the order dated 23rd December, 2012 (Annexure P-3), being an order of withdrawal of recognition of the appellant institute which the learned Single Judge chose not to interfere in. Counsel further submits that he may be relegated to approach the competent authorities for the said recognition. 3. In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to the appellant to approach the competent authorities for the said recognition, in accordance with law.
