The gist of facts leading to the instant case are that a wordy quarrel arose. In view of the fact that the defacto complainant parked the vehicle in front of the house of the accused, it ensued into a conflict, and the case has been registered. 4. Thus, it can be seen that this matter is a fit case for the exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction to quash the case on compromise. 5. Accordingly, this Crl.O.P. No.17196 of 2026 stands allowed. The Crime No.60 of 2026, on the file of the first respondent police stands quashed.
