This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order dated 30.10.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8988/2020, whereby the writ petition was disposed of in the [2026:RJ-JP:11835] (2 of 2) [CCP-1256/2025] light of another judgment of this Court in the case of Sushma Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.22659/2017 decided on 01.12.2018. 2. In the aforesaid judgment, the Committee was directed to dispose of the representation in terms of guidelines formulated by the concerned SDMC for appointment of Gram Panchayat Sahayaks. 3. After receipt of notices in this contempt petition, reply has been filed on behalf of the respondents, wherein it has been stated that the Committee has considered the candidature of the petitioner and vide order dated 06.11.2025, the representation filed by the petitioner has been rejected. 4. In view of above, there is no case of deliberate and wilful disobedience on part of the respondents, hence, no cause for contempt is made out. 5. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed. 6. Notices stand discharged. 7. However, mere dismissal of the contempt petition would not take away rights of the petitioner to challenge order dated 06.11.2025 before the appropriate forum of law. (ANAND SHARMA),J DAKSH/63
