MANJUNATHA AGED ABOUT 50 YEARS FOREST GUARD GOPALAGOWDA EXTENSION, C BLOCK, C-29 NEAR ABMIKA SAW MILL, SAGAR ROAD, SHIVAMOGGA – 5772058. …PETITIONER (BY SRI. VEERENDRA R PATIL, ADV.) AND: 1. THE PRINCIPAL CONSERVATOR OF FOREST, ARANYA BHAVAN 18TH CROSS, MALLESHWARAM BENGALURU-560003. 2. THE DEPUTY CONSERVATOR OF FOREST, FOREST DEPARTMENT KOPPA DIVISION, KOPPA- 577126, …RESPONDENTS (BY SRI.V SHIVAREDDY, AGA) THIS REVIEW PETITION IS FILED UNDER ORDER 47 RULE 1 R/W SEC. 114 OF CPC, PRAYING TO REVIEW THE ORDER DATED 10.12.2024 PASSED BY THIS COURT IN WP NO.32721/2024 (S- KSAT), WHICH IS PRODUCED AS ANNEXURE - A. Digitally signed by NANJUNDACHARI Location: HIGH COURT OF KARNATAKA - 2 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:2936-DB RP No. 21 of 2025 THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S.G.PANDIT AND HON'BE MR. JUSTICE C M JOSHI ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C.M. JOSHI) Heard Sri.Veerendra R Patil, learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for review petitioner submits that this Court on 10.12.2024 while disposing off the writ petition, noted that the documents related to the health of the mother of the petitioner were not produced in the writ petition and therefore, the removal of the petitioner from service, after holding an enquiry during the probation period came to be confirmed. It is submitted that now the petitioner wants to produce certain documents to show the ill-health of the mother being the reason for his absence from duty. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:2936-DB RP No. 21 of 2025 3. Having perused the same, we find that this Court had dismissed the writ petition not only on the ground of non-production of any material regarding the ill-health of the mother, but also on other grounds as well. However, the documents now sought to be produced do not substantiate the reason for his absence from duty as the ill-health is on certain minor health issues. Therefore, we do not find any merit in the review petition and the same is hereby dismissed. Sd/- (S.G.PANDIT) JUDGE Sd/- (C M JOSHI) JUDGE BSV CT:bms List No.: 1 Sl No.: 3
