4. Learned counsel who represents the petitioners submits that the great grandparents intend to shower their love and affection and therefore they filed an application seeking interim custody for a limited period but their request was dishonored. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 endorses the submission that is made by learned counsel for the petitioners. However, learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that the child aged around 3 years should go to school from Monday to Friday and thereafter as per the orders of this Court in Writ Petition No. 10950/2025 dated 26.04.2025 should be taken to the child visitation room situated at Bangalore Mediation Centre, Bangalore on 1st, 2nd and 3rd saturdays for the father to visit the child and thus in case again visitation is given to the great grandparents, the child will be put to huge stress and suffering. 5. This Court through the common order in WP No. 10950/2025 and WP No. 12768/2025 dated 26.04.2025 permitted the grandparents of the child and the paternal aunt of the child to visit the child on any one Saturday from 1st, 2nd and 3rd Saturdays of the month.
