1. By way of filing the present petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 14.09.2020 passed by the court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Women Atrocity No. 2, Kota (in short ‘the Revisional Court’) by which the revision petition submitted by the petitioner against the impugned order dated 12.06.2020 passed by the court of the Additional District Magistrate, City Kota has been rejected.

By passing the impugned order dated 12.06.2020 the court of the Additional District Magistrate, City Kota has issued notices to the petitioner on the complaint submitted by the Station House Officer under Sections 107 and 116(3) Cr.P.C. directing the petitioner to submit bail bonds and surety bonds for maintaining peace for a period of six months.

The aforesaid impugned order was assailed by the petitioner before the Revisional Court but the same was rejected on the ground that the petitioner assailed the order of issuing notice and in fact no adverse order has been passed against the petitioner. Hence, there in no illegality in the order impugned by which the revision petition was rejected.
4. In the considered opinion of this Court, there is no perversity or illegality in the impugned order passed by the Revisional Court as well as by the court of the Additional District Magistrate, Kota as no adverse or final order was passed against the petitioner at the relevant time.
5. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed.
