The present applicant is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to FIR dated 30.06.2025, bearing FIR No. 31 of 2025 registered at Police Station G.R.P. Laksar District Haridwar wherein he has been implicated for the offence punishable under Section 316(5) of BNS 2023. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant was serving as Chief Ticket Inspector in the Department of Railway and now he has been retired and in the aforesaid case the Coordinate Bench already granted interim bail on 05.08.2025. 5. A detail counter affidavit has been filed in which there is no whisper whether the applicant misused the interim protection granted by the Coordinate Bench. 6. After perusing the petition as well as counter affidavit of the I.O. and further taking into consideration that the present applicant never misused the interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench, this Court is of the view that the interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench should be made absolute. 7. The learned A.G.A. have also fairly submits that the present applicant has never misused the interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench. 8. In such view of the mater, interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench on 05.08.2025 is made absolute. 9. Accordingly, instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of finally.
