The petitioners seek an early disposal of LAOP No.3 of 2022, pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Namakkal. 2. Since in a writ petition filed before this Court in W.P.No.40866 of 2025, the further proceedings in LAOP No.3 of 2022 has been stayed by this Court, this Court, at this stage, cannot grant a direction to the trial court to dispose of LAOP No.3 of 2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. When this Court expressed the said view to the learned counsel for the petitioners, who on instructions, would submit that this revision may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court once again by filing a separate revision seeking similar direction as prayed for in this revision. 3.
