Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Mr.A.R.Balaji, learned Government Advocate for respondent No.1. 3. In similar circumstances, Writ Petitions filed by similarly placed employees seeking pensionary benefits were allowed and the said order was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.645 and 686 of 2025, dated 25.03.2025.
