Accordingly, the applicant has filed the instant application seeking for specifying the bail bond and the surety. Ms. Vanneihsiami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mizoram, appears for the opposite party and she submits that she has no objection to the application. Page No.# 2/2 In view of above, it is hereby provided that the applicant/petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with two (2) sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judge Special Court, ND&PS, Aizawl.
