This Court also notes that the Loan Agreements were also executed in Kanpur and that the Respondents are residents of Kanpur. 4. In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present Petition and file such appropriate proceedings, as permissible under law. 5.
