Thiba Phom is present for the applicants and submits that he has taken steps for service of notice upon the respondents by serving the same on the learned counsel, Mr. Moa Jamir. Mr. M. Solo, learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no objection regarding the present application. The instant application has been filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay of 839 days in filing the connected Writ Appeal/7/2026. The reasons for the delay have been set out in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of the application. We have gone through the reasons for the delay and find that sufficient cause has been shown. Moreover, the respondents also have not objected to the prayer for condonation. In the result, the instant application is allowed. The delay of 839 days in filing the connected Writ Appeal/7/2026 is condoned. The application stands allowed and disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE Comparing Assistant
