The petitioner prays for consideration of her claim for compassionate appointment on the ground that the mother-in-law of the petitioner who was the Aaganwadi Sevika died while working. 3. Admittedly, there is Rule which provides for grant of compassionate appointment to the daughter-in-law of the deceased-Aaganwadi Sevika. 4. It is also the case that the case of the petitioner is pending before the respondents i.e., the Child Development Project Officer, Palamu. 5.
