Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned vice counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the present execution petition, in view of the fact that the directions contained in the judgment dated 07.07.2025, passed in CWP No.285 of 2024, titled, Rajinder Kumar and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, stand complied with, except in the case of petitioner No.12 namely Vandana. Prayer allowed.
