The case of the prosecution is that on 05.03.2026, while the respondent police were conducting routine patrol within the jurisdiction of Kandili Police Station, they noticed that a JCB vehicle bearing Regn.No.TN-83-MA-3304 allegedly involved in illegal transportation of soil without valid permit. Hence, the complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner has got three previous cases. Hence, she opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. I have given anxious consideration to the submission made by the learned Counsel on either side and perused the records available. 6. Taking into consideration that the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 16291 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 ground that the petitioner has got three previous cases of similar nature which clearly demonstrate that the petitioner has misused the liberty and subverted justice. Hence, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. 7.
