Counsel for petitioners prayed for a relief, which as per petitioners’ counsel is covered by order of this Court dated 07.02.2025 passed in W.P.A. (P) 28 of 2025 (Annexure “P-9” of the writ petition). 3. Counsel for petitioners submits that this order has not been complied with. If an order is holding field and is not complied with, the filing of another writ petition is not the remedy. The remedy is elsewhere. Since, the petitioners are praying for similar relief, which is already taken care of in order dated 07.02.2025 in W.P.A. (P) 28 of 2025, we find no reason to entertain this PIL. 2 4. Accordingly, PIL is disposed of by reserving liberty to file appropriate proceedings. 5.
