Mr. Koti Reddy Idamakanti, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner was reinstated into service and necessary entries were made in the service register with regard to reinstatement of the petitioner into service and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
