The petitioner has filed his representations [Annexure-A series] for deleting his name from the Register of Rowdies which is entered in the year 2008. If Sri Chandan B K, the learned counsel for the petitioner, argues in support of this request asserting that the failure to delete the petitioner's name from the Register is deliberate and unreasonable. Sri B Ravindranath, a learned Additional Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the respondents, submits that in terms of the guidelines issued by this Court in its order dated 22.04.2022 in W.P. No.4504/2021 and connected matters for periodical review, the third respondent will consider the representations and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
