The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of respondent Nos.2 to 6 in granting recognition to the 7th respondent- school without there being a registered lease deed or title deed in its favour in respect of the premises, where the School is established. 3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education placed before this Court a copy of the proceedings received by him, dated 12.06.2026. A perusal of the same reflects that, after the filing of the present writ petition, the authorities have conducted enquiry and issued proceedings dated 12.06.2026, directing 3 the 7th respondent not to run the School without obtaining necessary permission. 4. The said remarks of the respondents dated 12.06.2026 are placed on record. 5. In view of foregoing, the writ petition is disposed of, as the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
