After arguing the matter for sometime learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of directing the trial Court to consider and pass appropriate orders on IA Nos.5 and 6 filed in OS No.732/2020 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The trial Court before whom, IA Nos.5 and 6 are said to be pending is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said applications in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 5.
