Fambawl, learned Public Prosecutor for the State. 2) The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Interlocutory Application seeking condonation of delay in preferring the connected Criminal Page No.# 2/2 Appeal No. 6 of 2026 has been filed erroneously due to mistake in computation of the dates of the period of limitation. She submits that the impugned order was passed on 13.02.2026, and the prescribed period of limitation i.e., 60 days would have been over on 13.04.2026. However, the connected appeal has been filed by the applicant on 10.04.2026 and therefore, no delay has been there in preferring the connected appeal. As such, she submits that the petitioner intends to withdraw this instant Interlocutory Application. 3) Prayer is allowed. 4) This Interlocutory Application is dismissed on withdrawal.
