Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed seeking pre-arrest bail of the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.02 of 2026 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C,(III),Cuttack arising out of Govindpur P.S. Case No.01 of 2026 on the grounds stated. 3. The three other accused persons involved in the case are on bail pursuant to the Court’s order in ABLAPL No.113 and 609 of 2026, copies of which are Flag-A1 and A2. The case diary is produced by learned counsel for the State and the same is perused. Besides that, the medical examination reports of the victims have been produced. The Court finds from the said reports that the injuries are simple in nature. Considering the nature of injures received by the victims and that three others are on bail and the petitioner is similarly situated, this Court is p. 2 inclined to direct his release on similar terms and conditions instead of accepting his plea of pre-arrest bail. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the court of learned J.M.F.C,(III),Cuttack within a fortnight from today, it is directed that he shall be released on bail in connection with G.R. Case No.02 of 2026 corresponding to Govindpur P.S. Case No.01 of 2026 with such other terms and conditions imposed as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case besides the following, such as, he shall not commit any such similar mischief, while on bail and to co-operate the I.O. in the investigation whenever summoned. 6.
