Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to misconception and miscommunication between the petitioner and the counsels appointed, including the counsels appointed by the DSLC, although a petition was pending before the learned Trial Court, this petition had been filed. He fairly submits that this petition does not need adjudication at this point of time and he prays that he may be allowed to pursue the bail petition filed before the learned Trial Court. Although this Court does not appreciate the manner in which this bail petition was filed, accepting the statement that it was on the basis of miscommunication, this bail petition is closed as not pressed, allowing the petitioner to continue to pursue the bail petition filed before the learned Trial Court without prejudice to the closure of this bail petition.
