ENDORSEMENT DATED 19/12/2024 ISSUED BY THE 2ND RESPONDENT IN NO. RRTCR 163/2024-25 VIDE ANNEXURE-A AND DIRECT THE 2ND RESPONDENT TO CHANGE THE REVENUE DOCUMENTS AS PER THE JUDGMENT AND DECREE VIDE ANNEXURE-D.
THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned High Court Government Pleader takes notice for both the respondents.
2. The petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned endorsement at Annexure-A dated 19.12.2024 issued by the Tahsildar, Hosadurga Taluk. Pursuant to the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.393 of 2022 passed by the learned Principal Civil Judge and JMFC, Hosadurga, decreeing the suit filed by the petitioner herein and declaring that the plaintiff is the absolute owner of the suit schedule property in respect of 2 acres and 20 guntas of land in Survey No.44/1 of Kaggalakattu Village, Muthodu Hobli, Hosadurga Taluk, out of an extent of 3 acres and 19 guntas, the petitioner approached the Tahsildar to enter

his name in the revenue records. However, the Tahsildar has issued the impugned endorsement directing the petitioner to furnish a revenue sketch.
3. This Court has held that 11E sketch will be an important document to ensure that there are no dispute regarding the extent of land and the boundaries, under similar circumstances this Court has
directed the petitioners to secure a 11E sketch at the hands of a registered surveyor. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach a private registered surveyor to get a 11E sketch prepared and thereafter approach the Tahsildar for entering the name of the petitioner in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
