The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 09.10.2025. 3. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property situated at J/15, 12th Block, III Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai – 600102. He submitted a representation seeking permission to demolish the building on the ground that it is in a dilapidated condition and unfit for occupation. It is stated that the petitioner’s earlier application was rejected on the ground that he had not produced a patta standing in his name. However, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, a patta has since been issued in his favour. Therefore, the respondents are required to consider his application on merits. 5. The learned Government Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s representation would be considered within the time that may be fixed by this Court. 6. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 09.10.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
