The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to furnish the insurance policy details and other connected particulars relating to the vehicle bearing Registration No. TN07 BA 8565 for the relevant period. The petitioner states that her husband died in a road accident caused by the rash and negligent driving of the driver of the said vehicle. In order to claim compensation, she requested the third respondent to furnish the necessary particulars. By order dated 19.10.2023, the State Chief Information Commissioner directed the third respondent to furnish the information sought by the petitioner. The petitioner’s grievance is that the said order has not yet been complied with. 3. The learned Government Counsel, on instructions, submitted that the order dated 19.10.2023 passed by the State Chief Information Commissioner would be implemented within a period of four weeks. 4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to implement the order dated 19.10.2023 passed by the State Chief Information Commissioner, Tamil Nadu, in S.A. No.1452/SCIC/2020, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
