It is observed that the petitioner has not yet submitted an application to survey the property situated at S.No. 502/3A1, Vadamalaipalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur. 3. In view of the above, if the petitioner submits an application along with the requisite fee before the concerned authority, the designated surveyor shall proceed to survey the property. Upon receipt of such a request, the 4th respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the counter-parties, and pass appropriate orders to provide adequate police protection to facilitate the survey. 4.
