For the reasons stated in the said order, the Writ Petition is disposed of with following directions : Respondent No.6, after confirming that the Petitioners are the District Awardee Teachers and are awarded such certificates 2026:BHC-AUG:37809-DB {2} wp10245-26.doc prior to 4th September, 2018, shall consider the case of the Petitioners for additional increments as is laid down under the Government Resolution dated 12th December, 2000.
