He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the First Information Report in Cr.No.198 of 2026 was registered against the petitioner for the offence under NDPS Act. He further submitted that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 100 nitrazepam tablets. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the nature of the offence and the fact that the quantity of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances involved (100 nitrazepam tablets) is substantial, this Court is of the view that, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail.
