It is the case of the petitioner that he applied for the post of P.G.Assistant (History) under BC Category pursuant to the notification dated 12.06.2019 issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board as he has qualified Master Degree in History. After the selection process, the petitioner was kept in waiting list and the respondents failed to fill the available vacancies in accordance with the G.O.Ms.No.720 dated 28.04.1981. 3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made several representations including representation dated 18.02.2026 to consider his claim before the respondents for which there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
