No. 23/2026 dated 28.02.2026. Page No.# 2/2 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court and apply for bail. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the observation that in the event of any bail application being filed by the petitioner within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from today, the same shall be considered as per law. 5. It is further provided that during this period of 15 (fifteen) days in the event that the petitioner is arrested in connection with the aforesaid case, he shall be released on bail of ₹50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only with two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Authority. 6.
