On 29.07.2025, this Court, through a docket order, recorded that none was present on behalf of the petitioner and, accordingly, posted the matter to
05.08.2025. On the said date also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and the matter was directed to be listed on 06.08.2025. Even when the matter was listed on 06.08.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
It appears to this Court that neither the learned counsel for the petitioner nor the petitioner is interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for Non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, the Interlocutory Applications, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
