P.P. …...... 02/ 25.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 309(4) of B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. No TIP has been conducted and he has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused person. The chargesheet has already been submitted in this case and charge has been framed. Similarly situated, one of the co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2026 passed in B.A. No.11508 of 2025. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that similarly situated, one of the co-accused has been granted bail, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Bokaro in connection with S.T. Case No.320 of 2025 (Chas P.S. Case No.99 of 2025) subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
