The present applicant is pending since 26.04.2026 and on different occasions learned advocate for the applicant sought time. Today also, request is made in the second half when the matter is called out. Therefore, learned advocate Mr. K.R. Mehta has stated that the application is for temporary bail and the same be allowed. 2. Having considered the jail remarks. The present applicant has recently been arrested on 15.01.2026. Moreover, the application with respect to medical surgery of the wife, the report submitted by the learned APP also states that there are other family members in the family of the applicant which includes his father and the applicant has brother and sister. Medical Certificate dated 30.05.2026 states that surgery date was 06.06.2026, p. 2 (GJHC240468442026) thereafter, there was no document to show the medical condition of the applicant’s wife.
