2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for anticipatory bail to the petitioner, namely, Deepanjali Medhi, in connection with Jalukbari PS Case No.26/2026 registered under Sections 108/117(2)/126(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Authority and has fully cooperated with the investigation.
4. The learned APP submits that the case diary has been received, which reveals that the petitioner has participated in the investigation process. It is further submitted that seizures have also been made in the meantime. The learned APP additionally submits that the Investigating Officer has prayed for rejection of the prayer for anticipatory bail, as the petitioner is allegedly involved in the abetment of the suicide of one of the persons connected with the incident.
5. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner at this stage may not be necessary. Accordingly, the interim protection granted to the petitioner on the earlier occasion is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall continue to appear before and cooperate with the Investigating Officer as and when required.

6. In the event of any violation of the conditions imposed upon the petitioner, the same shall be brought to the notice of the appropriate Court for necessary
consideration in accordance with law.
