Sampath Kumar ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to some financial crisis, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition No.5(i) of the order passed by this Court dated 13.03.2026. Mr.Sampath Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent has no objection if the petitioner brings the demand draft of 50% of the cheque amount in the name of the respondent on the next date fixed. Hence, this Court may extend the time for compliance as prayed by the petitioner. 3.Accordingly, considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of and time is extended by three weeks from today and no more further time will be granted to comply with the condition 5(i) of the order passed by this Court dated 13.03.2026. The petitioner is directed to bring a demand draft of 50% of the cheque amount in the name of the respondent on the next date fixed. 4. Put up this case on 30.07.2026 ‘’for compliance’’.
