Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), and considering that there is no serious objections by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11950 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
