Mr. Amit Ranjan Pati, Ms. Swastika Chowdhury, Ms. Ilika Nag, Mr. Avijit Chatterjee. .....for the petitioner. Mr. Subhankar Chakraborty, Ms. Swastika Das Dutta, Ms. Sayani Gupta, Mr. Atindra Rai. ......for the State. 1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the failure on the part of the municipal authorities to take note of the illegal construction carried out by the private respondents in the construction of a G+4 storeyed building. 3. The learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that the municipality had previously taken cognizance of the complaint made by the petitioner and had issued a stop-work notice. 4. Having heard the advocates for the parties, I find that the representation of the petitioner as disclosed in the writ petition is bereft of particulars. 2 5. In the facts as stated above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. The same is accordingly dismissed. 6. Dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand in the way of the petitioner from making appropriate representation with all particulars before the municipality, if so advised. 7.
