No. 362 of 2019 in OS No. 69 of 2019 pending on the file of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai. 3.The petitioner seeks to implead themselves as a party to the suit O.S. No.69 of 2019. The petitioner claims that the respondent has filed a false suit to declare the respondent as the owner of the property. According to the petitioner, the suit schedule property is a Wakf property. Counter has been filed in I.A. No.362 of 2019. According to the petitioner, till date, IA No. 362 of 2019 has not been taken up for consideration by the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai. According to the petitioner, in the interest of justice, the application filed by the petitioner in I.A.
