Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “(I) That a direction may kindly be issued to the respondent-Corporation to release the payment of 281 days of accumulated compensatory leave after calculating the same on the last basic pay + DA, which the petitioner was getting at the time of superannuation alongwith 12% interest per annum from due date till actual payment.” 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:14065 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has apprised the Court that the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench of this Court has dismissed the case of a person similarly situated as the petitioner in terms of its judgment dated 06.08.2025, in CWP No. 5374 of 2024, titled Rajesh Kumar Vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute this fact. 4. In light of the fact that the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench has been pleased to reject the claim of a person similarly situated as the petitioner, this petition is dismissed by holding that the findings returned in the judgment of the Hon’ble Coordinate Bench i.e. Rajesh Kumar Vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and another (supra), be treated to have been returned in the present petition also.
