Mr. Rahul Consul, learned counsel appearing for MDDA assures that the decision, if already not taken, shall be taken expeditiously. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with direction to competent authority in MDDA to take decision on the complaint made by petitioner, if already not taken, within three months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order. 6. It goes without saying that persons, who are likely to be affected by the decision, including respondent No. 2, shall also be given opportunity of hearing.
